"When I say the staff is stellar I mean they are stellar. Hoyt got me and my friend waived and situated swiftly, and the other staff behind the desk as well as the manager create a friendly atmosphere at the front of the location. I also requested a picture before I left after my first visit and Hoyt was enthusiastic to take it! Give this man a raise!"

"As a new climber, I love coming in and climbing here! Though there are a limited number of auto balays, the routes are challenging enough to have kept me entertained and challenged for the past 3 months while coming once a week. The gear rental price is very reasonable for non-members! I officially became a member in August and enjoy the freedom to move between gyms as I live the same distance from both of the current gyms and close to the new one. I also very much love and appreciate the member only hours as it does get a bit chaotic once the doors open. The community here is super inclusiv"

"I would not rate this establishment one star. I was excited to celebrate my birthday there, but my expectations for gym certification were low. The instructor ignored my disability and condition, refusing to teach me how to belay using an ATC. I prefer a grigri when venturing outdoors. Instead, the instructor argued with me timelessly."
