a year agoBad first impressions. We came to view the facility and talk to the front desk staff about enrolling my 8-year-old daughter. The front desk staff informed us she was too busy to answer any questions in person and told us to check the website. The gym also seemed to be in disarray with the different groups of children and very limited seating arrangements.

2 years agoJam Jev has officially lost our family's business after today's encounter with the front desk attendant, Molly. She was always real short with me and failed to fully communicate from the beginning, so I should've known then. I've had previous problems with her not responding to emails as well. She was very rude and nasty towards me today. Not my fault she's trying to get payment halfway into the camp. Mind you I signed my daughter up on the 25th of last month and provided payment then. When I went to pick my daughter up today I requested to go ahead and pay for 2 full days and she was so disrespectful and nasty she couldn't give me the correct total, one of the instructors had to tell her that I was correct. By the way, your paying for a full day(s) of camp and they don't feed your child a meal, just snacks, in an 8 hour day. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere!

4 years agoThe coaches and coach techniques and strategies are excellent. My daughter has also made good friends with her teammates. The goal is about reaching your personal best and working to your greatest potential. You really get a sense that everyone cares about each other, too. Communication is excellent between coaches and parents.

3 years agoEverything here is good so far. I have 2 girls that attend and this is their first time in gymnastics. However, the faculty just needs a changing room, more bathrooms or both. We usually change in car because waiting to use the bathroom can take 5 - 10 minutes; when others are using it for privacy to change clothes.

9 years agoWe LOVE JamJev!! The coaches are awesome and my daughters (one in recreational gymnastics and another on the compulsory team) are always excited to go to the gym! The coaches are well trained, experienced, and compassionate. I definitely recommend JAMJEV!
