"Bad first impressions. We came to view the facility and talk to the front desk staff about enrolling my 8-year-old daughter. The front desk staff informed us she was too busy to answer any questions in person and told us to check the website. "Jam Jev has officially lost our family's business after today's encounter with the front desk attendant, Molly. She was always real short with me and failed to fully communicate from the beginning, so I should've known then. I've had previous problems with her not responding to emails as well. She was very rude and nasty towards me today. Not my fault she's trying to get payment halfway into the camp. Mind you I signed my daughter up on the 25th of last month and provided payment then. "The coaches and coach techniques and strategies are excellent. My daughter has also made good friends with her teammates. The goal is about reaching your personal best and working to your greatest potential. You really get a sense that everyone cares about each other, too. Communication is excellent between coaches and parents."
