We come here from all the way south San Jose. My 3 years old son loves here. We have been into almost all indoor playgrounds in bay area but as of now this place is the best. We used to love going to skyzone for jumping but they messed up installing screens for watching which we are avoiding for our toddler. Jolly Roger land has everything what other playgrounds don't. They have jumping area, swing, ball play, jungle, many bikes and cars to ride, riding field, snack area. Toilets are clean. Stuff is respectful. Not so many attractive screens. (Which is plus for us) Only thing i wish it was closer to us and i wish they had wifi for parents to do their work while kids are playing. And charging stations.

I reviewed recently, but popped again in my feed. This place is 'ok.' At first visit, noticed facility is in need of a remodel job (floors could use refurbishing to hold heavy adult and children traffic, private party sections could use regular maintenance) and if it's possible, this location will benefit from expanded space. Overall, a bit cramped to hold all the little ones running back and forth. It helps, that the staff is personable and friendly.

My kids had a BLAST here! It's for kids 12 and under, and there's a small section for kids 4 and under exclusively. There is a LOT for them to play and climb all over. There are some vending machines on site for snacks/drinks, also some stuff up at the front counter. I didn't receive any rude looks from the staff. Everything was clean and I also noticed the staff picking up toys after other kids left them dumped out/scattered and also vacuuming the play area surfaces. Honestly, the ONLY negative experience I had, was from other people's kids. Which is something out of the hands from the staff. I have a 4 and 6 year old, and at one point some older kids tried pushing my youngest out of the way from the ball shooting gun. Some people should be watching their kids, instead of just being completely oblivious to their kids, but that's just my opinion lol

There's comes a point where a manager needs to understand their customers. I understand policy is policy, and I wasn't fighting it, but my situation was poorly mishandled. My mother took my daughter here at 430 pm on 11/18 to have a good time. I work nearby and my plan was to pick her up at 530. I get here, and I mentioned I'm just here to pick up my daughter. But my daughter, and you know kids, wanted to show me what fun things she is doing. Well, I was denied entry because policy states "1 free adult". I explained to the manager, I've been here before and was granted entry just for 5 minutes just so my daughter can show off what shes doing. He was still asking for $7 so I said nevermind. My mother was pretty upset because my father has entered before without penalty. Maybe we got lucky with whoever helped us before because they were lenient. Maybe the worker who helped us wasn't a manager and didn't care for the rules? Who knows. Anyways, if policy is enforced when they feel like enforcing it, it gets confusing to the customer. The manager who helped me didn't handle it well. He could have said, "I understand. I'm sorry. Please go in but next time, it will be $7". And then I would follow suit. We don't read their online website and we were unaware of the additional adult fee. Now we are. But it's too late. We're not coming back here. To add, the manager was pretty defensive the whole time we were talking; comparing Jolly Roger to other local places and how they're more expensive and strict. Teeny Town is around the corner and they only charge entry per kid.

Took my nephew here and he had a ball. There are so many things for the kids to do and explore independently. I definitely was able to sit back in the "parent/ guardian section" and he was able to let out all of his energy and made a couple of friends along the way. Highly recommend.
