"I went into this location searching for an item that they explain to me they had at their other location. They told me it would take them a day to get it over to this location and asked if I wanted to pay for it in advance. Which I found odd but happily agreed to considering I very much one of the item. They told me they would call me the next day when the item was in the store for me to pick up which I said great. I patiently waited for over two weeks calling every other day or so and making sure that they had my phone number just in case the item came in, even offering to go across town and "
