"My kids loved this place, my only complaint is how easy the gate is to open and kids could run out if they wanted. My husband and I were watching our kids constantly. I noticed several parents drinking coffee and looking at their phones. I would be concerned about kids running out."

"This place is amazing for toddlers AND their parents. Finally, a place that's big enough to keep my kids entertained, but small enough that I can sit (on a comfy couch) and see them the entire time! We will definitely be coming back!"

"4 year old daughter walked through a puddle of piss on the big “non-inflatable” structure. Kids dad doing god knows what on his phone. I walk up to the main counter to get new, clean socks for my daughter. I tell the young woman working, some older guy who dresses like a kid was sitting behind her on the computer. I say “I need to buy a pair of socks, my daughter just walked through another kids pee”. The staff reply “okay if you’re paying with card you need to get something else because the minimum purchase is $2 and the socks are $1”. Not a word about the puddle of piss from either the guy a"
