"My 2 daughters are beginner gymnasts who’ve been attending this studio the last few months. We’ve tried out other local studios but are especially pleased with the quality of trainers and coaches here, as well as how the sessions are run (a rotating focus on different elements/apparatus). The coaches challenge and motivate the kids whilst continually keeping an eye on safety (whether the cushions are properly aligned, equipment positioning, verbal feedback & communication with each other). "We put together a group of 6 friends to do a gymnastics class together and jumpstart gymnastics was EXTREMELY unhelpful. they have bad customer service, no one picks up their phone and have late reply’s to emails. Along with that, maureen was nasty and did not allow for us to use our ACE money to pay for the classes, when they list on their website that it’s ace approved. We felt treated poorly and it’s a disgrace to treat humans the way we felt treated. Needless to say, we will NOT be recommending them to our friends.
