Jump Start Trampoline Park

My family and I visited yesterday. Jump Start was pretty cool. The facility seemed pretty clean and lots of different trampolines to try, including dodgeball! The only nuisance was them not having any locker keys for personal belongings so I had to carry my purse with me to each trampoline. It was still a pretty good experience, and we will be back!

Tons of fun. It's smallish but still fun. I didn't even care about price because it's an awesome experience. It can get crowded especially where the basketball is but I think it's because one of the trampoline areas was down. It does smell like feet and when they clean they use a lot of cleaner and bleach so the one jump nearest the downstairs eating area was strong too jump. Other than that whole family can have fun. Do NOT EAT FOOD BEFORE JUMPING. We probably won't come back because of safety but still very enjoyable.

Arrived at noon. Got in and waited around. Guy came over after about 10 mins and said it doesn't open till 2pm

This is the picture of the floor just by the kids jumping area ( something sticky maybe a soda), it’s been like this over a hour and I went to ask for the supervisor at the the front desk and they called someone to come and speak with me. After I told the guy ( he’s supposed to be the manager there at this time) he told me I gonna take care of it thank you ( and nothing happened after that).

I pay for the massage chair n didn’t really work I told the lady in front n that. Hold not even give me the money for it and u can see the hold massage bond is there
