a month agoI CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! I booked this venue for a joint birthday party for my 2 and 4-year-old boys, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we made the reservation all the way through to the day of the event. I selected one of their “party packages,” which made everything so easy. The package we chose included a Balloon Arch, food, and a Snack Table—everything we needed was taken care of, and all we had to bring were the table decorations. Upon arrival, a staff member immediately assisted with unloading my car and even helped set up the tables. They were constantly attentive throughout the party, going around to pick up trash and ensure everything was running smoothly. One of our guests had food allergies and couldn't eat the provided pizza, so the owner was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to bring in their own food without any extra charges. The venue is spacious, with bouncy castles that are perfect for kids of all ages. We had a great mix of toddlers and older kids, and everyone had a blast! There’s also a stage for entertainment and a dedicated area for hanging piñatas. Plus, they have separate tables for little kids and adults, which was perfect for creating an ideal party setup. I’m so glad I didn’t let the negative reviews sway me before booking—my experience was absolutely fantastic! For reference, our party was held on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025.

3 months agoWe rented the place from 2pm-4:30 for my sons birthday. Because they seem to be strict abt timing, we were in the parking lot 5 minutes before to fully utilize the 15 mins they give us to set up. When we got inside the girl had forgotten and didn’t set up tables or cleaned/organized anything. There were people sitting down as we’re trying to set up. Granted they have until 2pm; super unfair to them as well as they should have had time to prep their kids or get their things from the tables. They tell a family member to set up the piñata, they aren’t able to because the rope is off the pulley, they blame him for it and charge me $35 to ‘fit it because it’s broken’. Which the girl mentioned to me multiple times throughout the party, despite me telling her it’s ok if she charges me, just so I can enjoy the party. Reading the other low star reviews, I can imagine it’s the same girl giving everyone attitude. She made it very uncomfortable for me to ask for anything through the rest of the time for the party such as piñata help, spilled water from kids going in and out of the ice chest or even just putting background music. I had two invited guests who came up to me about seeing the two ‘party hosts’ using moldy sauce to make the pizzas. I went to talk to the girl and she immediately got defensive and asked why people were going back there, when she had the moldy top visible to everyone walking by the snack and food table. (Pictures included.) I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone mainly due to the rudeness of the girl. Which really is just a reflection of management because they are the giving too much responsibility to two high schoolers. There was no adult onsite. I was genuinely let down on the service provided; it’s not something you’d expect to experience after paying $1,000+. Communication prior to the party was poor. They didn’t have pizzas ready because I was never asked when I wanted them to be ready and I assumed they would have them ready at party start time. The balloon set up was basic; no character (Grogu/baby yoda) at all unlike the pictures (Spider-Man) they referenced for the party package I purchased.

2 months agoI had my son's party at Jumpy Land, and the service was incredible. The staff was very friendly, and the kids had an amazing time. I think it's one of the best places if you're looking to host a private party. I'll definitely be back next year without a second thought.

a year agoThis place is wild. When you think of indoor playgrounds, you think of staff constantly monitoring the floor and waivers and lots of padding everywhere. This place is pretty fun for kids - don’t get me wrong; however, there’s so many red flags here that are going to get this place sued in the future when someone gets hurt. Anyone can get behind the bouncy houses. Parents aren’t watching their kids. One person was working the desk and another on their phone at the food area. No rule enforcement. Kids bringing the hard toys inside the bouncy houses and throwing them at other kids. Exposed metal poles sticking out of the ground next to the bouncy houses that a child could easily bounce out of and hit the concrete if they aren’t impaled by the pole first. Plastic construction fence a kid could get their neck wrapped in. If you go here, your kid will have fun. Just please keep your eye on your kid. This is definitely following the typical Texas “self preservation” attitude. The photos I took were from a place kids were constantly going which is in between the two largest bouncy houses. I did not step anywhere I was not allowed nor did I go anywhere to capture these that a child could not easily get to within 3 seconds of a bouncy house entrance. Kids including mine were consistently going back to where I took this photo (not going past the orange fence) and as a watchful parent I wanted to make sure the area was safe if they continued to go out of view. I did not cross the orange fencing.
