🍎Food Policy
- • Absolutely no outside food or drinks allowed in the facility for Open Play.
- • For scheduled parties, only birthday cake, candles, cake knife, and fruit/veggie trays are permitted from outside. No other outside food can be brought in.
- • A minimum $50 fee will be assessed for bringing in outside food for adults during parties.
- • Children cannot eat anything during their play arena time; eating is reserved for the private party table area after play (final 45-30 minutes of party).
🛡️Safety Policy
- • Socks are required for everyone playing at all times. Trampoline socks are required if adding Sky High access.

3 months agoOne word, DIRTY! Everything everywhere was just dirt and all equipment was old. The smell was horrible I am not sure if the ventilation system is not working or wasn’t powerful enough. The place is not worth the money even though I got them from Groupon but still not worth it. There was no safety video playing in the designated area. Not very pleasant experience for both the kids and I. For some reason all cleaning materials were all over the place and kids can reach them easily!

2 weeks agoThis review is for parents of toddlers. I visited expecting to find a designated toddler zone, as their website mentioned one, but I couldn’t find any pictures beforehand. Since Sky Zone has a great toddler section, I assumed this place would offer something similar, but I was disappointed. The toddler area was extremely limited—I took a picture to show exactly what was available. The toy in the picture was broken, so really the only thing available was that little tree house thing. My daughter is 18 months old but tall for her age, so the slide on that thing was useless. I essentially paid $20 for her to jump on trampolines for an hour. The inflatables were too big for her to use. I likely won’t be returning until she’s around six years old.

5 years agoThis place is very fun. The staff are easy to interact with, and the equipment is clean. The children had a lot of fun. There were plenty of places to sit. The prices are reasonable; $12 for children $6 for toddlers. Parents are able to get on the equipment with their little ones and enjoy themselves. Definitely worth the trip and worth the money. Their only con is they don't have any hot food to order; only snacks for sale. But, there are good restaurants nearby. I recommend Wildwood Tavern: awesome staff and delicious food.

3 weeks agoI think this is the most horrible place for children. There is mud, dust and cold everywhere! You can't survive there without chicken! The food selection is small. The trampolines are not cleaned at all. There are no instructors, no one is watching the order, who is hitting on whom….

7 years agoWas a good place for a kids party but be warned it gets pretty crowded on rain days. They have a good variety of inflatables for the kids, though they could use some more staff walking around to make sure the bigger kids stay out of the ones designed for toddlers. The staff was really helpful with our party, doing everything for setup and serving while the kids were playing.
