"My son and daughter love this place but my kids do not feel comfortable alone with the lady in the front desk. I believe they call her Adriana. She is always on the phone on a personal call and seems annoyed when you ask her any question. My kids avoid her because she has a poor attitude and not helpful to the rest of the kids especially when other adults are not looking. Please provide additional customer service training to her."
