K1 Speed - Indoor Go Karts, Food, Games, and Things to Do In Boise

Wow, what a fun place! They have full-size carts that are surprisingly fast. They have both junior and adult carts, and separate junior and adult tracks that don't intermingle. There is no age limit per se, but one needs to be 48" to drive a junior cart and 58" for an adult. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. You pay by the race, and each race is 12 laps. Each driver is timed separately, so you can compete against others. They have great places to hand out and watch, a food area, birthday rooms, and an arcade. We will be back for sure!!

Amazing service, the staff was so nice! The facility was well maintained and the go-karts were very high quality and in good condition. The track is long, well designed, entertaining, and has ample overtaking opportunities! Well worth driving through 3 states to get there!

K-1 speedway is awesome first time there took my son, best friend, and his boy out for a boys day and we all had a blast. So fun highly recommend.

It was a fun experience! The only reason why I didn’t rate it 5 stars was because one of the employees was a little too—how do I say it—aggressive? Impolite? It was our groups first time and we weren’t aware of the need to exit the “pit”; rather than politely informing us of this and requesting we move, we were met with a loud cough and an aggressive hand motion to exit with the door held open. It was slightly off-putting and dampened the experience ever-so-slightly. I understand that working shifts can be frustrating and customer service isn’t always the easiest to do on a rough day, but kind words are always appreciated and go a long way. Overall, a great experience and we were met with kind hospitality from all the other employees.

Visited for my daughter’s birthday. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The Adults and most importantly the kids had a blast! Definitely will return!
