Kanga's Playcenter and Cafe, New York

Kanga’s Playcenter did a really great job with my daughter’s birthday today. Thank you to Nan, Dennis and our host Russell they were all very friendly and professional. The decorations were beautiful and the food was pretty yummy. We ordered the chicken tenders platter that came with French fries which was yummy and a very large portion. We also ordered pizza which was okay. The ice cream was already yummy too. Overall, I would recommend this place over other play centers for a birthday party, they have a rock climbing wall, a big jungle gym, bouncy house, toddler play area and small arcade area. They have different packages that they offer. We got the VIP package which was a bit on the pricy end but it is worth it they do everything for you.

I had my son‘s fifth birthday party here and it truly was an amazing experience. I had a phenomenal host by the name of Oscar, who was very diligent and professional throughout my son‘s birthday party. He was very helpful very attentive and answered all my questions throughout the day. They took care of all the decorations and much more. The turnout was impeccable, and I truly would recommend this place to anyone to have a birthday party for their child. Faye who is the manager Of Kanga was truly amazing as well. She was very helpful, thorough and very professional throughout my experience with the play center. When I first got to the facility, she welcomed me and was able to break down all the prices of the packages and what they included. She even reached out to me a week before the party started to make sure everything looked great on my invoice and to finalize my guest list, so I can have smooth experience upon arrival the day of my son‘s party. I also was introduced to another manager by the name of Mike, who was also very helpful throughout this process. All I can say is that the staff there is truly amazing. They do truly help you. You don’t feel alone as if you’re throwing a birthday party by yourself. My kids and their classmates along with friends and family had the best time of their lives and I know my son‘s fifth birthday was a BIG hit and such a memorable experience for him.

Love it!!! Second time we are celebrating my daughters birthday here, we love it!. She had so much fun, was very happy, every one is very nice and helpful, Fay is very sweet, nice and helpful. Our host unfortunately I can't remember her name but she was very nice, help me out with everything, food was delicious and fresh, place is clean and nice. My daughter and her little friends had a blast!! Even us the grownups lol, we enjoy playing there too. My princess had a really good birthday 🎂 🥳 thanks to Kangas team.

My son had a great party, they take care of every single thing you don't have to worry about nothing. Big plus the kids can play until closing time so thats several hours of play! Food and snacks for kids are generous portions. The food is good but not great, very satisfying for a kids party though.

I booked Kanga for my babies 1st birthday party and it was amazing! I am from out of State and to just show up and everything is done for you was great! The decorating was beautiful and Dennis was an awesome host he made sure everything went smoothly and the kids and parents had a great time!! I definitely recommend booking for your kids next birthday party!
