I’ve had the pleasure of playing in the KC Crew intramural sports league for many years, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best experiences of my life. Every season has been filled with fun, friendly competition, and unforgettable memories. What stands out the most is the incredible sense of community. KC Crew is more than just a league; it’s a place where you build lifelong friendships. The people you meet and play with become more than teammates—they become friends, and often, family. I’ve had the privilege of sharing laughs, celebrations, and challenges with some amazing people that I now call lifelong friends. The league strikes the perfect balance between fun and competitiveness. Whether you’re there for a casual game or bringing your A-game to win, the atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. Everyone is there to have a great time, but there’s also that healthy level of competition that keeps you engaged and pushing your limits. If you're looking for a way to stay active, meet awesome people, and create lasting memories, KC Crew is the way to go. It's been an incredible ride, and I can’t recommend it enough!

There isnt enough players on a lot teams, and they will change your day of play without telling you. Overall not enought people are singing up for leagues because they arent promoting their sports.

Never in my life have I ever heard of a team getting kicked out of a league because their team is too good. Tried playing flag football for the Wednesday night league, got 3 games in and the owner made the decision on a whim to kick our team out because it was unfair and would kill the league. There were only 5 teams that signed up total to begin with and thats including our team. We was out there for cardio and to have fun but since 2 of the three teams we played were terrible we got kicked out with no altercation no violence no issues besides scoring too much smh this is a bad business move.

Basketball rec team: Kc all nets. The game today the reffing was atrocious and very bad and got two different individuals hurt. I understand calls get missed, but the blatant disregard for some of the players health was upsetting. One of the refs kept vaping in between timeouts, and with a cordial frustration conveyed, she blatantly disregarded my concern. I played in multiple leagues and don’t complain. I understand reffing is hard, but it is supposed to be a recreation league that I signed up for and I have to go to work tomorrow. Two different individuals were hurt in the game and the referees were out of line. Unfortunately it seems like the lady refs were there to just collect the check. I have played this league on multiple occasions, but this will definitely be my last. I really discourage individuals to play if they have jobs to go to the next day. Being a referee is hard and you absolutely will miss calls, but to purposely not call files to prove a point vape on the sideline and listen with AirPods in their ears during the game is absolutely ridiculous for amount of money they charge. I think the referees should be trained better. It is very unfortunate
