Kids Empire Dallas Hillcrest
About Kids Empire Dallas Hillcrest
Kids Empire Dallas Hillcrest offers a vibrant, clean, and well-organized indoor play space with a wide range of activities suitable for toddlers and older children, making it a popular choice for active play and birthday parties. It features dedicated soft play areas for toddlers, alongside extensive climbing structures, slides, obstacle courses, large building blocks, and arcade games for older kids. While staff are generally friendly and attentive, contributing to a cheerful atmosphere and ensuring basic safety, significant concerns have been raised regarding emergency preparedness, consistent rule enforcement (especially regarding shoes), and facility cleanliness (restrooms, wet floors). The venue is often praised for its parent-friendly comfortable seating and inclusive party packages, but potential visitors should be aware of possible additional costs for arcade games and the need for vigilant parental supervision.

What parents say
"We had a great time in our party, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The schedule was not followed properly but that also gave us time to open gifts and have fun with the kids. We reserved the party with pizzas and cake, the place provides plates, cups and utensils for the cake cutting. Definitely will come back for future parties!"

The soft play area for toddlers is safe and engaging, while older kids can enjoy climbing obstacle courses, large building blocks, multiple slides, and arcade games. The space is vibrant, clean, and well-organized, with a cheerful atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive, Jordan provided great service ensuring kids were safe as well as making sure all parents abided by the rules. "Fun party venue for age 4 and up. There is a small area for toddlers consisting of a small ball pit and padded slides. There's no supervision other than parents so if a younger child wanders to the big side, they will get run over. There are areas at the bottom of the big slides where they could walk and stand and could get slid into. They do require that everyone take off their shoes but they don't enforce it. There were several adults there that were supervising who did not take their shoes off. And there are also several wet places on the floor where your socks will get wet or you will slip"
