Kids Quest at Santa Fe Station

"My son and I have been coming here for the past 6 years, each time we load $60 on to the play card. That transfers into 6000 credits and spending this amount it gives an additional 700 bonus credits. We almost always end up adding additional money to the card, because we really enjoy a couple of the games. One of the games we enjoy is notorious for giving an error code during gameplay, and as it's annoying sometimes, every time this happens the staff has been more than happy to come reset machine which resumes the gameplay at the exact place it stopped.. None if this affects the Awesome time "

"DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! I dropped off my child and came back a little over an hour later to find my child in tears. My child had been waiting for 40 mins. to get help from an adult. My child said the adults spent all their time helping people at the desk and not helping kids who were already inside. My child is 6 years old! KIDS COME FIRST!"

"Encountered horrible racist employee. Parents of color, your kids are not safe under the supervision of these people! The company will blame YOUR child for their negligence. Expect other kids to assault your child and staff won’t reprimand the initiator but they will reprimand your child for defending themselves. Staff (footage retained) insult your child, lie, and try to deflect their poor service instead of being accountable. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Don’t waste your peace, money or time."
