a year agoMy son had a blast! I love how organized and clean the place was. I love how there is a lot of options my toddler (16 month) can do. We’ve gone to other indoor places before and I find he would only have a few things to do or older kids would take over certain stuff. Definitely would go again whenever we have a chance. Friendly customer service as well. They also have some snacks up front for purchase in case you need

a year agoWe had a great time celebrating our daughter's 3rd birthday with family and friends. Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Time was provided for play, arts & crafts and meal time/ cake without anything feeling rushed. Would definitely use this space again.

2 months agoCute place and my son had fun which is the most important part. I was going to comment on the lack of padding on the ball pit floor, but then read that they have padded vinyl. I do think that for parents who don’t know this, padding in the ball pit would allow for peace of mind. Additionally, having staff organize the toys in between the time slots would allow for an optimal play experience (maybe they usually do this-but didn’t seem to happen the day I visited). For example, the themed areas (supermarket, hospital, etc) were empty because, as children do, the items were taken to other parts of the play space and not returned back. While parents hold some responsibility for this, periodic organization by the staff would have made this a 5-star experience.

3 months agoWe love Kids Town! Layla and her team are always so friendly and welcoming - the space is so clean and both my two year old son and six year old daughter love the toys, communal space and ball pit and slide. It has something for all kids - highly recommend this wonderful space for families!

3 months agoHad high hopes for this place but I was not impressed after visiting. Definitely not an all ages playground- I’d say for ages 4+. There are many small, tiny toy pieces laying around that are not safe for babies/ young toddlers. The ball pit and slides were also more suitable for older kids. It is not a big space so the older kids are running around the little ones. They have cute themed shops and matching toys but none of them are well kept. They added foam around the entryway of these “stores” to prevent kids bumping their heads but all of them definitely need replacing. The price is $25 for an adult and child, $10 for an additional adult for 1.5 hours.
