"Update to below: we gave it a second chance today. Kids had a great time. Was so excited to try it upon recommendations of my friends. We planned to use it for our anniversary last night. I called ahead and asked if I was registered at oldsmar would it show in the system and wouldn't have to re-register again? The man speaking said they found me in the system and I was all good. I even said I'd pay the $40 reg fee at this location. I made the 45 minute drive there. Once we got in, the young girl at the counter was less than welcoming. She acted annoyed and like we were an inconvenience to her"

"Highly recommend avoiding this place. Booked backup childcare through them and they screwed me over saying they wouldn't accept my kids. This was during a court appearance that I had to attend. Complete idiots"

"Our daughter has been coming here since she was two, she is 7 now and she absolutely loves it. We are very grateful for the attention this staff provides and the level of care that they execute consistently. Our daughter had a bus incident her first day of kindergarten and the staff here has paid attention to her bus schedule since then, and actually has reached out to me a couple of times if she is not received from her school bus by a certain time to make sure everything is okay.
