6 months agoLove the Kidventure program, but prefer the other two locations I had my child at better. This location does not live up to the Kidventure standard at all. The staff at this location lack the same energy and enthusiasm of the other locations, and my child seemed much happier when I picked them up each day from the other locations. Not to mention, they don't seem to stick to the scheduled activity that's listed on the email blast. Also, pick-up/drop-off is not efficient because they don't follow the same protocol that the other locations do. I will still give it a couple stars because it's better than nothing, so I would still recommend this location if this is the closest one to where you live/work, but personally I won't be having my child return to this particular location when there are much better ones to choose from.

6 months agoOne of our children got a stomach virus there, which can happen anywhere. What should not have happen was that when he failed to show up at the last day of the week, due to being sick, they finished the camp and threw away all his items. They were labeled clearly. Any half thinking person would have keep track of who is not showing, and if not contact the parents, could have saved the items for one day at least, but not kidventure. Everything to the trash right away. Additionally, the contact person at their central office was not informed properly of how the camp works, who to contact about issues, and just generally passive and uninterested in helping. For the price of this camp, much better is expected.
