We had our 7 yo’s bday here on 11/23 from 4:30-6:30pm. This place was absolutely amazing! The staff is INCREDIBLE! Alex and Sean are so easy to work with and helped create the BEST time for our kids’ bday party. Seriously cool dudes!! They checked in frequently to make sure we still had everything we needed, served the food, drinks, and cake to all the kids and adults. The food was just ok (we got pizza, chicken tenders, and fries). The entire place was very clean- if there was a mess, it was cleaned up very quickly. Loved that the grownups could sit up on the balcony to watch the kids below having fun while staff scattered themselves around the place to make sure everyone is being safe. Every single staff member we interacted with was very helpful and super kind- it really does seem like everyone loves to work here. It does get very warm in there, even just sitting upstairs so be prepared. My girls wore skorts and tshirts which seemed appropriate apparel instead of pants IMO. HIGHLY recommend this place, especially if you are having a bday party here. The only thing they could improve on is their food. Overall, they do a great job and have amazing prices for what you get!

Great place for a birthday party or just to hang out for a few hours! My kids love this place and have so much fun each time we are there. We hosted a birthday party and the KTR team was so helpful in helping things go smoothly. My son and a friend had their parties at the same time, and KTR made sure things were easy for the combined party. Highly recommend this location and kudos to the team who works here!

This location is perfect for children of all ages. My younger kids love it and my older kids do as well. The owners are such a great couple. Their kids work there. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They have dye free and organic snack options. The toddler time is perfect for littles. We’ve gone to birthday parties there and open play and I just absolutely love it and highly recommend it. And again just want to tip my hat to the owners they really make it enjoyable and care about the community and care that you have a good time and are safe.

It's like walking into wonderland! We love the positive atmosphere and thoughtful consideration to loads of details that make this place so incredible. From the diffusers and the music, to the quality food options and the friendliest of staff- if we could give 10 stars, we would! Aidan and Avery are encouraging game-changers in their coaching - and my boys have new skating skills to prove it! We also threw our son's birthday party here and it was so smooth and easy on our end, and so much fun for the kids.

A totally fantastic place. We saw the signs months ago indicating KTR was coming and have been eager for it to open ever since. Visited this morning with my 13-year old for the first time (Stan said they just opened 3 days ago) and my son keeps talking about how much fun he had. The staff was really great and very interactive and I think they were half the reason my son liked it so much. Kudos for the selective hiring process. We'll certainly be regulars. Also, great elevated and comfortable seating areas to keep an eye on your kids if they're a bit younger.
