2 months agoThere are many serene places along the trail where one can find pleasant respite from the downtown crowds. Competitors in a multi-college rowing competition had converged on the park on the day that I visited which was intriguing.

a year agoThis is by far one of the highlights of Austin. It is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the city. Go on a sunny day and take your time strolling along the trail. You can also rent paddle boards and kayaks in warmer months. Definitely recommend!

a year agoEasy hike near downtown. Nice scenery, but it's still the city, so it's super noisy and there are lots of people. It's a great place to bring your furry friend and a good place to ride your bike. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards along the trail for some fun in the water.
