- →Utilize the babysitting service to make use of the extensive adult fitness and wellness facilities (Review 1).
Things to Consider

- ⚠Strict non-refundable policy for personal training packages, even when services cannot be rendered as expected ($1,015.20 package mentioned) (Review 2)
- ⚠Lack of 'luxury' ambiance for the premium price point; lobby is described as a 'large, loud open space' (Review 4)
- ⚠Locker rooms perceived as not meeting luxury standards, with maintenance issues like a vanity mirror falling off and hair dryers left on the floor (Review 4)

Price & Value
Membership costs $120/month (Review 1) and is described as 'worth every penny' by some, given the extensive facilities including rock climbing, massages, physical therapy, saunas, cold plunge, and babysitting. However, a personal training package of $1,015.20 (Review 2) was non-refundable when the trainer left, leading to a perception that premium pricing is not always justified by service or policy (Review 4).

2 weeks agoI had an extremely disappointing experience with Lake Nona Performance Club (LNPC). I purchased a $1,015.20 personal training package specifically to work with a trainer who truly understood my goals. Unfortunately, when my trainer was unexpectedly let go, the gym not only failed to notify me properly but also made NO effort to resolve the situation in a fair or timely manner. For months, I had to chase their staff just to get a response. From September to February, I heard NOTHING. When I finally managed to reconnect with their team, they outright refused my refund request, despite the fact that their lack of communication made it impossible to use the sessions. Their policy claims that personal training packages are non-refundable, even when the service you paid for is no longer available. Instead, they offered a credit to other services or an extension—neither of which I wanted. What’s worse, they claimed they had been communicating with me all along, but when I asked for proof of those supposed calls or voicemails, none was provided. LNPC pocketed my money and gaslighted me throughout this process. If your trainer is fired, they will keep your money and make you feel like it’s your fault for expecting accountability. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating, and I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone who values transparency or customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

a month agoWe’ve been members since before the club opened in 2021. This gym is worth every penny! From the saunas to the classes to the pool and weigh room, there’s something for everyone here. Plus the staff is outstanding!

a month agoI had high expectations for the Lake Nona Performance Center, assuming it would be a luxury fitness and wellness space. Unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The first floor is one large, loud open space lobby that serves as the gym reception desk, tables for meetings, and locker room entrances. It lacks the refined, restorative atmosphere expected from a high-end performance club. Additionally, the staff could benefit from better hospitality training—at this price point, the service should feel more like a Four Seasons hotel gym experience. The locker room materials don’t reflect a luxury standard, and maintenance seems lacking. I noticed a vanity mirror falling off the wall and hair dryers left on the floor, which detracted from the premium feel. The second-floor workout area, while equipped with quality machines, feels dark and enclosed, with little natural light. The cave-like atmosphere could be improved with lighter paint colors and better lighting design to create a more inviting space. The third-floor indoor track has more windows, but the overwhelming use of black paint still makes it feel unnecessarily dim. Overall, while the equipment is solid, the design, ambiance, and service do not justify the premium pricing. With better lighting, upgraded materials, and improved hospitality, this could be a true luxury fitness destination—but it’s not there yet.

8 months agoThe club has latest facilities for physical fitness, yoga and recreation. They have pools, locker rooms, meditation halls and individual spaces and even a climbing wall. While the equipment inside are high tech and customised with the settings saved for you, the grounds are filled with a variety of plants and sculptures by renowned artists. The maintenance of the facilities is exemplary. They have enough parking spaces for the members.
