"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lake Nona Performance Club (LNPC). I purchased a $1,015.20 personal training package specifically to work with a trainer who truly understood my goals. Unfortunately, when my trainer was unexpectedly let go, the gym not only failed to notify me properly but also made NO effort to resolve the situation in a fair or timely manner. For months, I had to chase their staff just to get a response. From September to February, I heard NOTHING.
