4 months agoThe owner of Land of Fun is incredibly welcoming, and the staff is just as friendly. I always feel comfortable bringing my twins here because it's a secure space with only one entrance and exit, so I can easily keep an eye on them as they enjoy the indoor playground. The place is clean, well-organized, and my sons are absolutely obsessed with the jungle gym—they can’t get enough of it! The food is not only tasty but also affordable. The fries are fantastic, and the garden salad is always fresh with plenty of dill and a light dressing that really makes it stand out. The lamb chops are a great choice—you get four per order, and they’re well-prepared. The chicken kabob is another favorite, served with fries, pickled red onions, and a variety of other pickled veggies. I recommend skipping the chicken nuggets and going for the tenders instead. The fried shrimp are just okay, but the hot dog is perfect for kids. I always try to arrive early because it gets very crowded after 2 p.m. on weekends. We've visited quite a few indoor playgrounds in Brooklyn and Queens, and Land of Fun is hands down our favorite.

2 weeks agoI had the unfortunate pleasure of brining my 4 year old son. The place was very small and the staff is very passive aggressive. There was an incident at the ball pit. 2 parents were sitting right by the entry and exit way if the pit. While 2 children were trying to come out, another adult who was not the parent grabbed the children because I guess they may have accidentally bumped them on the way out the pit. The parent of the children walked over and so did I. We told the woman she cannot grab or touch other people’s children especially when you are blocking there fun. The lady who was supposed to be watching the ball pit ( a worker ) stood by and said nothing. The right thing to do would have been to remove BOTH parents from sitting in front of the entry and exit of the ball pit and also to remind them to keep there hands to themselves and watch there children. That display of unprofessional turned me off and we will not be returning. The food is vastly over priced and of very cheap quality. Also a lot of the things in this place are very unsanitary. The place has a very racist vibe to it, based off the interaction I watched with staff and certain parents. 0/0 I do not recommend. The staff needs to be retrained on customer service and awareness. For the MONEY they had like 10 Games, ONE dirty small ball pit and a jungle gym that was literally in the dark, it was so dark in there I don’t know how those children can see anything.

2 months agoWe recently celebrated my kid's birthday at this amazing entertainment center, and it was fantastic!🥳🥳 The kids had an absolute blast with all the fun activities and games. The place is super kid-friendly, and the staff was so helpful and attentive. Varya ♥️was helping us, and she was absolutely wonderful—super organized, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. The food was surprisingly good—both for the kids and the adults—which made things even better. Everything was well-planned, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. My child and their friends were all smiles the entire time. Highly recommend this place for birthday parties or just a fun day out with the family. We’ll definitely be back! 👍👍

7 months agoI highly recommend this place for children's parties, celebrated the end of 1st grade, had a great time. thanks to Olga for organizing, she helped calculate the cost, organized the reception, thanks to the girl who helped us (I don’t remember her name), the guy at the bar, the guy in the hall, in general, the whole staff was excellent!

2 months agoThis place was terrible! I went here yesterday and they gave my best friend and my godchildren the worst experience ever. Let me start off with this: my godson was enjoying himself on the slide area when another child kept patronizing him to the point where the child literally spat on my godson. We reported this issue to the staff, but they told us they have no control over that. Even after spending thousands of dollars to make his birthday experience memorable, they couldn't even give the kids free game play to accommodate the situation and prevent it from escalating further. This place is very racist because the child who spat on my godson was Russian, while my godson is African American. Even the parents did not apologize for it. Please do not waste your money at this establishment. The food is terrible, the apple juice is basically brown sugar water, and the water is dirty tap water that they keep trying to charge for. The Barbie girl area is very unsanitary because they don't wash their brushes after each use. If I could give this place negative stars, I would!
