"I had my son’s 12th birthday party here over the weekend. When we booked our package, I booked the “NEW” champions room— keep this in mind for later! When our host brought us to our party room I actually could go believe my eyes. While I know this is a place for children, and wear and tear is to be expected, this was not normal wear and tear. This was pure filth and negligence. There were 2 light bulbs out, which I had to request be fixed considering the room was EXTREMELY dark. There was food on the floor. "Grace and the other new team member that made our son’s party a success, were amazing!!! Our boys and the friends that joined us to celebrate the birthday boy, all had an amazing time! So happy we were able to celebrate with assistance from launch staff. I love the private party rooms upstairs and the activities that come with the packages. We will be coming back next year if our son wants his party here again. Pizza was actually really good, usually at places where there are games/arcades, the food isn’t the greatest but I know my family and I loved it! They do allow outside cake and or cupca"

"We really have had a great time at launch Warwick Ri! We have older kids so we were able to let them bounce and we got to have a pizza and very good espresso martini! Shawnie is so friendly and fabulous at her job! We’ll be back with the kids soon!"
