"I’ve been a member of Lifetime for four years, and unfortunately, my experience has been more frustrating than enjoyable. The only time I could actually work out in peace was after 9 PM—otherwise, the gym is overcrowded. In the mornings, when I’d prefer to swim or exercise, the pool is taken over by the swim team, and the upstairs area is packed. "Twice in the last two weeks I have had poor interactions with the girls working the women's locker room. Someone should teach them lessons in customer service and their ultimate place in the club. One time, me and another member were in the middle of changing/getting dressed and the girl working the lockerroom insisted she had to clean the floor in that area right at that very moment and rudely insisted to me and the older woman near me that we need to get out of the way so she can go through with the massive machine... rubbed us both the wrong way we discussed how poor form that was.
