Despite booking 3 courts and calling twice to confirm, we were informed upon arrival that only 2 courts were reserved for us. "My experience was great until I needed a refund. I accidentally enrolled in a class that had already started a month before my enrollment. I requested a refund on 9/22, but as of now, nearly two months later, I still haven’t received it. Today is 11/19. I’ve called multiple times, and each time I’m told the check is on its way—but it never arrives. Today, they didn’t even answer my call, likely because they recognize my number after so many attempts. It’s frustrating and disappointing. "From the review, I found that some one has exactly the same experiences as I did, from the same manger. Totally do not recommend to use this site. I registered a tennis class. The second day, I asked to cancel the class because I could not go to the class but they refused to give any refund. They did not tell me that it was not refundable when I registered."
