"Honestly, I really can't believe how nice this place is. I remember how it used to be. This place is immaculate. It has everything you need in the community there. It even has a doctor's office inside of it. It's a really, really nice place outdoors and indoors. It has a pond with fish. It has water park. It has a place to cook out. Barbecue shade trees, playgrounds, tennis cords, soccer hockey everything you need it's a great piece for that community"
