  • Great atmosphere (Review 1)
  • Fantastic, comfy reclining seats (Reviews 1, 2, 5)
  • Helpful bar staff (Review 2)
  • Perfect screen and sound system (Review 2)

Insider tips

  • Double-check all ticket dates and times carefully during purchase and upon arrival, as they have a strict no-refund policy for errors (Review 4).
  • If planning to order food or drinks, arrive well in advance of your movie start time due to potential long waits and service delays, especially at the bar (Review 3).
  • Manage expectations for food temperature and consistency; consider eating before or after if this is a primary concern (Review 3).
  • Be aware that front-row seats are pre-picked and might be uncomfortably close to the screen; choose seats further back if possible (Review 3).
  • Utilize the online booking system to secure preferred seats and minimize wait times at the venue (Review 2).
  • Explore the surrounding downtown area for dining or other activities before or after the movie to enhance the outing (Review 2).

Good to know before you go

  • Families with very young children who might be sensitive to cleanliness issues or gnat problems (Review 3).
  • If you require flexibility with ticket purchases or expect refunds for errors, as their policy is strict (Review 4).
  • If you are on a tight schedule and rely on prompt in-theater food and drink service (Review 3).
  • If anyone in your group is sensitive to sitting very close to the screen, especially if you get assigned front seats (Review 3).
  • Potential for long wait times for food orders and bar service due to understaffing (e.g., one bartender) (Review 3)
Crowds
A 4:40 PM weekend screening was noted as having 'not much traffic' (Review 2), suggesting it may not always be excessively crowded during peak times, but this could vary.
Value
The value includes the comfort of reclining seats, in-theater service, and a good audio-visual experience. However, there's a potential hidden cost of paid parking (though validated). The value proposition is diminished by a strict no-refund policy for ticket errors and reported issues with food/drink quality and service, potentially leading to disappointment for the money spent. Food quality is inconsistent (pizza decent, veggie/fruit platter underwhelming).
Food
In-theater food ordering and delivery is available (Review 3).
Accessibility
No specific accommodations for special needs were mentioned in the reviews.
Safety
No specific safety features for children or general venue safety were mentioned in the reviews.

"Clean, great atmosphere, good food and fantastic seats. You have to pay for parking out front but they will validate in the theater! It's worth the drive downtown. Very picturesque!"

"No complaints - enjoyed a drink at the bar; very helpful bar staff. Reserved my seat & purchased it online. I went to a 4:40PM for a weekend screening and there wasn't much traffic. Loved the comfy reclining seats and the screen and sound system were perfect. If interested, the surrounding area also offers much to do before or after the movie."

"As a first-timer, I had high expectations for the Living Room Theater, but unfortunately, I was slightly disappointed. We placed our food order first as instructed, but were told there would be a wait. We decided to head to the bar, but with only one bartender on duty, it took 20 minutes to get served, causing us to miss the food delivery window. My wine was flat and seemed stale. After missing our server, we had to queue again at the food station, only to find our food lukewarm by the time we received it. The pizza was decent (7/10), but the veggie/fruit platter was underwhelming and not as "
