5 months agoI have been here multiple times almost booked a birthday party here one year but after I drove across town to play here last Sunday, I will NEVER return. In the parking lot there was at least 30 cops and I asked one grandma what happened and why they are closed. She was being shuffled out of the building as the police were taping off the parking lot area and eventually the front door hurrying several other people out of there. She told me, “go, get out of here! There was gunfire! Go!” I will not return after that for obvious safety reasons. But despite that, I would still give this place 1 star because they never keep anything clean. We used to come here a lot but every single time we would come here, within the next 2-3 days, my kid would end up getting sick and an ear infection as a result. It was at least three times that we came to LOL and were sick within days after. Even I got sick once too and it was really bad I couldn’t go anywhere for a week I was so sick. You can tell they don’t really care to clean much of the many surfaces the kids and adults touch especially high up in the top levels of the play area! There are obvious shoe marks, dirt, etc. all over the mats and floor. Too bad, because this place would be great if I was just judging the playground equipment. Unfortunately they allow in what I feel like is more than their capacity should be and the place is flooded with kids running left and right, no staff supervision anywhere at all, and they don’t clean a thing!!! The owners obviously don’t care to change their policies and improve this place as I’ve seen numerous other reviews that were recently posted and it’s straight up WRONG that this place is still making any money off people after all these people complaining about the lacking sanitation and extremely dangerous hazards within the place that’s meant for children to play safely. I hope they get shut down or at least install metal detectors & hire a regular cleaning crew to sanitize this place full of germs so disgusting !!!! Will never return, only considered even returning because my son would ask about coming here sometimes and we happened to be on that side of town so I said fine we will go but I kept telling my son driving there, don’t put your hands In your mouth or on your face, unless you want to get sick!!! I was like coaching him while driving there cause I was so worried about the unclean play area we’ve experienced over and over again here

3 months agoI was extremely disappointed with our experience at LOL Kids Club in Las Vegas. It’s supposed to be a fun and inclusive place for children, but unfortunately, we experienced clear discrimination during our visit. The staff treated us unfairly compared to other guests, and when we brought up our concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful. No family should have to deal with this kind of treatment, especially in a place meant for kids to feel safe and welcome. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately. The Arabic man who says he is the manager is horrible. Looked my two 6 year olds and 1 year old in the face and told them he wasn’t letting them in and they were not going to play today. Do not bring your children. Children do not deserve this verbal abuse.

a year agoWe went on a Saturday night, and it wasn't crazy busy, which I was happy about. It's a very large play place, and sometimes, when it's too busy, the little ones get hurt/run over by older kids. All the kids, for the most part, appeared to be under 6 when I was there. The jungle gym is big enough that a parent is able to climb through it as well. Seemed pretty clean, didn't go to the restrooms which I hate because you're in socks only. They have some arcade games, but after spending $18 to get in, it can get expensive playing games. The birthday space I wasn't impressed with simply because it's all linked together in one large room. Just rows of tables, maybe 10 - 15, so you don't have a personal space. You're behind glass separated from the general public, but not from anyone else having a birthday party at the same time. There's plenty of seating available for parents while the kids play, and the snack bar has a nice variety of items. Pricing wise they're high, but it's a play place so I expected it. It was almost $7 for a small slurpee (6 or 8oz I believe) and bottle of water. The air guns in the playpen weren't working and there are several of them. Looked like no one had checked them to see because balls were stuck in them that weren't intended for the guns. I wasn't able to pull them out, and even guns that had nothing stuck in them weren't working either. Overall, my daughter enjoyed herself so I'd definitely go back.

8 months agoI never thought I'd leave a review wishing for a zero or negative star option, but here we are. I've been to this children's play place more than once, and my previous experience was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the play area and the staff's attitude. We let a Groupon expire because I didn’t want to return. But after my daughter kept asking to go for the last two weeks, I figured we’d give it another shot, hoping it had improved. Unfortunately, it’s worse than ever. We visited on Saturday, 8/24/24, meeting friends for a playdate when the place opened. After letting the kids (both 5 years old) settle in, we sat down, periodically checking on them. The floors in the seating areas were filthy, covered in shoe and sock prints, and this was right after opening. Then, my daughter came over and told me she stepped on glass. Shocked, I asked her to show me where. Meanwhile, her friend showed her mom a small injury she had gotten while trying to avoid the glass, causing her to fall and land on the glass, which ripped her new leggings and cut her knee, making it bleed. I walked over and saw glass scattered everywhere near the front windows. Another parent mentioned that their child had found the rock that had clearly broken the window. When my friend asked for a bandaid and the staff saw her daughter's bleeding leg, they told her it had already been cleaned up. I then informed them that was definitely not the case; glass was still all over the mats. This is a play place where kids are required to wear socks only. One child was already bleeding, and that was the staff’s response? A few of us parents started using toys to barricade off the area because the glass had spread over a large area. There was no urgency from the staff; they eventually came over with brooms and said, "It's not our fault people keep breaking our windows." True, it’s not their fault, but it is their responsibility to maintain a safe environment for the kids. Despite our concerns, the girls wanted to keep playing, so we kept them away from that area. The staff’s cleaning efforts were inadequate—they didn’t even bother to get a vacuum to clean up the shards of glass on the mats. They removed our barricades. It wasn’t until the owner arrived later that the staff finally brought out a shop vac and sealed the window to clean up the glass properly. Yet, the owner never checked in with my friend to see how her daughter was doing. When our kids got hungry, we ordered food: one large pizza and an order of chicken spring rolls. The food took a long time to arrive. When I bit into the spring rolls, I found a triangular piece of bone inside the chopped chicken. I took multiple pictures as proof. Then I noticed a rash on my friend’s daughter, which hadn’t been there before. That was the last straw; we decided it was time to go. This place is a disaster—the staff is terrible, and there’s zero regulation on older kids roughhousing. An older boy, maybe 8-10 years old, was grabbing my daughter’s hands in the ball pit, and I had to intervene calmly. No parents were in sight. When you go to a play place, there’s an expectation of cleanliness, kindness, and safety—this place has none of those. To top it off, only one sink in the women’s bathroom worked, the paper towel dispenser handle was broken, one toilet was out of order, and another was clogged. The toys, like the large Legos and the balls, were filthy, and even my daughter mentioned that the slides were dirty. We had to explain to our girls that we were leaving because it wasn’t safe—between the broken glass, the bone in my food, and the rash, it was time to go and never come back. I’ve mentioned this experience to other mom friends, and they all had horrible things to say about this place. I have no idea how this place is still open; it needs to be shut down.

10 months agoAs seen on Blippi adventures we had to come here on our family vacation! Good food, clean, friendly staff ( though at on point one male employee was pretending to punch a female employee in face which I found inappropriate at a kids play place) my son had a great time and the equipment is tall enough you can help your kids around the gym as needed. Fast slides, mini arcade games and so much more!
