LolliPops Indoor Playground & Party Place

I've had both of my daughters' 4th birthdays here and both times it ran smoothly and the kids had a blast. The staff is friendly and flexible/accommodating. The party room was set up nicely and plenty of pizza and beverages were provided for the kids. It is a great place for the price and I would definitely recommend for a party. One thing I would mention is that for my oldest daughter's bday, which is in August, it was pretty warm inside. We were told the AC was broken and there were fans everywhere but it was still hot. Just this past weekend we had my youngest's bday party there (in February) and the temp was very comfortable. I've been there a few times for regular play sessions too and it is usually fine. I would just recommend being prepared for warmer temps during the really hot summer months.

We went with a little group to LolliPops this last week and our group of toddlers had a blast! There are a bunch of different sections to play in and so many cars // vehicles the kids didn't fight. I spoke to the owner Marcus and he is so passionate about the business, it's wonderful to talk to someone who has parents best interests at heart. They do have snacks there and an eating are although we didn't personally stop to snack. There are other play areas that may be a bit more "aesthetic" but let's be real: the kids don't care about that they want FUN. Every corner has something new and I felt like we could have stayed there for way longer than the two hours we did. Will definitely be back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I have been bringing the Littles that I nanny for here for the last four years… And it’s the best place to bring a Child! Not only is there so many toys and activities for the child to do, it is gated close so that children cannot escape out into the mall. I love that the staff is always so friendly and helpful, especially Miss Lakisha! Ste is the BEST!!!! Mr Marcus is super nice too! It’s always so clean and neat and organized in here! And for $14, your Littles can play for two hours! The only rule is everyone has to have socks on to be inside the gate, adults included. And I love that there is a table and a highchair outside the gate, so that I can give my little ones lunch before we head home. This is the third family that I’ve nanny for that I have brought their little ones to play here, I will be a customer forever with any little ones that I take care of! Everyone should give this a try! Not only that, they also have a birthday party room so you can have a birthday party here. So children can have their party and play to their hearts content also! I highly recommend anyone with Littles that are younger to try this place out, you won’t be sorry!

One of the worst indoor playground i’ve been to in Orlando. We’ve been to several places before but i can say this is the least we liked. First, it is HOT, NO AIRCONDITION. There are air coolers but its NOT ENOUGH. Second, its dirty and UNORGANIZED.. the staff doesn’t care.. other indoor playground, the staffs are picking up the toys to return in their places and don’t let the floor look like this mess, not like this.. toys are all messed up! I understand that kids will play and leave a mess but staffs should be there to keep it neat for other customers as well! Most of the balls in the ballpit are squeezed or halved. Never seen a staff wipe or disinfect surfaces. Third, one of the 2 women in the front cashier is rude (the older one) When we arrived, there’s a look in her face that seems like she’s not happy that there are customers coming in! I don’t know if its her normal face but She’s literally frowning. I read some reviews here about it but I experienced it myself. Very poor customer service. On the other hand, we liked that there is a toddler area on the side that specifically for below 18 months. And there are ample seats for waiting adults. They gave me a promo card, which is if you play 10x, you’ll get free one.. but upon our experience today, we are not coming back.

Staff is awesome and my 18 month was safe playing on the padded floors and even around older kids. It felt good to not tell my toddler "no dont touch that" all the time. Price is fair for an hour play. We will be coming back often.
