8 months agoA beautifully, well maintained gem in the heart of Town & Country. Horses, a playground with turf, and a walking path that makes you feel close to nature. The horses were not outside in the fields today, but there were 3 inside the stables for you to pet. Very busy at 10am on a Sunday in August. The trail is 1 mile long, according to the signs posted. There is a little library house to trade in books.

7 months agoToday is the reopening day for this park. Despite the rain, it is a great gem to this area. There is a playground for kids to play. There is a walking path with lots of talk tree for shades if needed. There is a nice pond on the walking path. The walking path has very clear mile marker signs. It is a short distant walk. There are three horses here that I saw today.

a year agoOne of our favorite local parks. They have beautiful paved (as well as some unpaved) walking paths throughout the wooded grounds. There are horses kept on sight that the kids can watch and even sometimes pet and also a nice playground. It's a great playground for toddlers and babies. My kids and I love seeing the horses, and the walking trails are great for strollers! Love the trails and the “secret passageways”. The first park my kids ever played at! They’ve sort of outgrown the playground, though. the trails are good for walk and some Nice scenic spots while going through it. The park has play area for kids and covered space for Small parties.

a year agoWe joined a moms hike there and spent a fun morning exploring both the paved and unpaved trails. The kids had fun discovering the little fairy gardens that had been built at the base of a few of the trees scattered throughout the paved trail. They were tearing out the old playground equipment and I couldn't help but wonder if it couldn't have been taken apart and donated to some other organization because honestly it didn't look like there was anything wrong with it but I'm sure there is a reason. Definitely a nice place e to walk and enjoy nature.

7 months agoThe playground got a makeover! It's especially great for a climber! The baby/toddler population has a little less to do but between the horses, the trails, and having climber kids this park is definitely at the top of our list!
