"For a small zoo, it was good. They was a lot of renovation going on, so a lot of their animals were not in their habitats. We went around Christmas and during the day. Next year I would definitely go back at night to see their lights! They looked amazing in the day, so I imagine they would be stunning at night!"

"LA Zoo has variety of animals. Great place for kids and family. Parking is free. Booking tickets online may save 10-15 minutes. You can book the shuttle tram inside for $9 extra if you don’t want to walk the entire park. Lots of restaurants and restrooms inside. Very neat and clean. Takes about 3-4 hours to visit all the continents in the zoo."
