"Terrible terrible terrible. The manager is rude and doesn’t understand when parents go through hardships. I do think they are trying to get as much money out of you and just packing all their classes to the max. Steer clear. One time I was late on a payment and they want to charge $25 and then they said “oh no we dont courtesy call because theres too many people to worry about calling one person. You dont check your emails?” Look I’m in the customer service industry and can understand when someone is going through a hardship that ever once in a while someone needs help. It’s ok to be a human"

"My daughter was here she was 3 years old at the time. It was horrible. They had them in a room where you couldn’t see them only had a camera with the worst quality no color and terrible angle so you couldn’t really see your kid on the tv they had. It also smelled horrible and the overall cleanliness was horrible. It was expensive and my daughter barely got any attention to help her learn. I wish I could remember the coach’s name but it’s as if they struggled to teach the kids."

"I thought about giving Love 2-stars, but ultimately settled on 1. Coach Brenda is amazing and is the sole reason we stayed at the gym as long as we did. The owners of the gym are clueless and only focus on their daughter. The bullying and mean girl culture at this gym is concerning. It’s tough to spend money with a business only to find out your daughter is getting bullied at nearly every practice. We mentioned it dozens of times and nothing ever changed. They have horrible leadership at this gym! If you want your child to get bullied this is the spot"
