"Small park and little walking and nice Fall view. I parked at Rose garden and took a trail walk to Lower Falls. It was a bit muddy after the rain. It was an easy walk and little misty when near the fall. It was not much at the park, just some seats and the view to the water. Good for a little short walk"

"It has the potential to be one of the best parks in the city, but sadly it's just another park in Rochester that decays faster than it is maintained. Still worth exploring, but the excess of trash and lack of maintenance and revitalization is saddening, and frankly, makes it impossible to immerse yourself. Perhaps one of the most upsetting things about Rochester is that it usually falls short when it comes to taking care of the beautiful spots they already have.
