Luna y Cielo Play Cafe

I recently visited Luna y Cielo Play Cafe with my newly minted four year old and one year old daughters and we had such a wonderful time there. The play cafe was bright, clean, and very well designed. All of the pretend play stations were thoughtfully created right down to all of the handmade felt food items. The house and mini slide were so fun for both girls to play in. The cafe had so many bilingual books to choose from and a dedicated, cozy reading area. We definitely will be coming back to play!

Luna y Cielo is exactly what we needed in our community, and it's a blessing for families like ours who want to preserve and celebrate our Latin American heritage. When I take my daughter to Luna y Cielo it doesn’t feel like we’re just going to a play space, it feels like we’re visiting family. From the moment we walked in, I could feel the warmth and connection to our culture. The vibrant colors, the music, and even the toys and books reflect the richness of our traditions. My 3-year-old absolutely loves it here, and I love that she’s surrounded by her roots while playing and learning. The play area is not only safe and clean but also thoughtfully designed to engage children with elements of Latin American culture. What sets this place apart is their dedication to language and cultural preservation. They offer Spanish classes for little ones, host birthday parties, and have multiple special events where they incorporate traditional Latin American games, music, and decorations, making it a truly memorable experience for both kids and parents. Luna y Cielo offers an incredible opportunity for children to learn or strengthen their language skills in fun and interactive ways. We’ve been going for a little over a year and my daughter’s speech has improved so much. Luna y Cielo is more than just a play space – it’s a community hub that brings us together and gives our children a sense of pride in their heritage. The owner is friendly, caring, and passionate on making the space feel welcoming to everyone. I highly recommend it to any parents looking to create meaningful cultural connections for their children in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.

We’ve been to Luna y Cielo for open play, bebe meet ups, music class, and we hosted our son’s 1st birthday there. Luna y Cielo is such a gem and we’re glad such a unique bilingual play space exists in our neighborhood. Vanessa is so easy to work with. She’s responsive and goes above and beyond to answer any questions and help with party preparations. My son has enjoyed himself every time we’ve visited. I highly recommend Luna y Cielo for any of their events, classes, party hosting, and even just to play.

Hosted my 4 year old’s birthday here for the last two years, and has been a great experience both times. Vanessa and her team are a great support in prepping and hosting. Their packages work out great. The kids have a fun time and the adults have opportunity to mingle.

We had our daughter's birthday party at Luna y Cielo and it was fantastic! Perfect for our large family, as it can accommodate a large number of adults and you can bring in your own food. The kids loved all of the different areas, and it even has a separate area for crawlers. The latino comiditas and outfits are adorable! Vanessa, the owner, was great to work with, easy communication and she handled all of the decorating and kept everything running smoothly the day of the party. Would definitely book here again!
