3 weeks agoAs the others have indicated… There’s no parking here… I don’t think there’s actually a park here, but there is the trail… I parked on Mortimer Road… It was a very lonely looking road, but fortunately nothing bad happened. I walked up the trail north to the Frederick law Olmstead Park, which is awesome. It was mid April , but it was 11° windchill so freezing cold, but it’s always good to get out there on the landscape.

2 weeks agoMet up with a high school friend and walked the path. It was a Monday afternoon and only saw 1 other person out. Wide enough trail and well maintained. Easy walking.

4 years agoThis place is rochesters best kept secret... It's kept so well that nobody even knows where it is. The entrance is somewhere between the fountain of youth and the end of the rainbow. Just past the hordes of blood thirsty mosquitos. The only reason it gets 2 stars is there's a bike path kinda in it that i use to get to work.... Keep on driving right by this place.

6 years agoThis isn't particularly a park but the trial is really good. It's called the Lehigh Valley Trail. It's quite long and it is really pretty in fall and summer. The trial goes through the Geneese Valley Park. It's a good place to rest or have a walk. A good place for sunset views as well.

4 years agoPaths were very muddy and flooded, trails and entrances were unclear. Locals told me that they're not really sure where trails are or if they exist. There were also posted signs in many areas, very confusing. Wildlife and foliage abundant and mostly untouched.
