Main Event Orlando

Came out to celebrate my God's birthday and in the process of waiting for everything to begin. Had a little date Night with my Boo. Food was amazing not too busy around 5:30pm staff was great and very friendly. Definitely saved our game card to head back out . Birthday set up was nice only thing I did not like was other people from another party was taking plates from our table when they should of just asked their host for additional plates.

While I have generally enjoyed the atmosphere at main events Orlando , I feel compelled to formally address a significant issue that has deeply impacted my experience. During my visit tonight, I was appalled by the condition of the restroom facilities. The restroom was in an utterly unsanitary state, with visible traces of urine and blood throughout the area. Additionally, the trash bins were overflowing, further contributing to the unhygienic environment. Given that main event serves food, the lack of cleanliness in the restroom raises serious concerns about overall hygiene standards. Such conditions are not only unpleasant but also pose potential health risks to patrons. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such neglect in a place that otherwise has a positive reputation. Unfortunately, due to this experience, my party and I have decided that we will not be returning to this location. I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately by implementing stricter cleaning protocols and ensuring that restroom facilities are maintained to a standard befitting an establishment that serves food. I hope you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and take the necessary steps to prevent future occurrences.

We had a large party for a working gathering and chose to do dining reservation instead of the event route this time. Chris the manager made sure that our tables were all together so we could easily mix and mingle and the waitress and waiter could divide and conquer. Chris made sure to check in a number of times and was truly a blessing to our night! We will for sure use the Main Event Orlando for future group gatherings! Thank you, especially Chris, for making this night memorable!

Came for my grand nephew birthday party. The.host that took care of my birthday party even though she was sweet she seems overwhelmed and miss it a bit with the adults. A bit more training might do the trick. Pretty much for ever being here before my partner and I were on our own. We figure out the card with the points . Played some games. Finally made it to the bar. Liz our bartender was great. I got Mai Tai for my bf. And my signature drink Fireball cranberry for me. It was neat and perfectly done. She also took my food order since the party planner was nowhere in sight. Liz took great care of us this is why I gave 4 stars instead of 3. We had a better time because finally someone took the time to take care of everyone regardless if you were 5 birthday boy or older (us). If I ever come back I just hope she is working. Maybe she should teach the rest of your staff a thing or two.

I had an amazing experience at Main Event, thanks to Ruben, the bartender! From the moment I sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone at the bar had a great time. His cocktail-making skills are top-notch—each drink was perfectly balanced and made with care. Beyond his skills, Ruben's personality really stood out. He was engaging, quick with recommendations, and made sure no one had an empty glass for too long. His positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated the experience. If you're at Main Event, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar—Ruben will take great care of you! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
