Marott Woods Nature Preserve

"Very nice park. Small enough that you cannot get lost but large enough you feel like you're in nature. The walk along the river section was amazing. Surprisingly not very busy for an early afternoon on a Saturday with perfect weather. I saw nobody for the 40 minutes I walked around."

"THIS IS NOT AN OFF-LEASH DOG SPOT!!! It is clearly stated in the front of the park you MUST have your dogs on leash. We have always kept our dog on-leash, even tho they are usually friendly, and there are many irresponsible owners at this park that allow their untrained dogs off-leash with no regard to others. An untrained dog ran up to me and my two dogs from over 100ft away, with no regards to its owners recall. Our dogs were in a perfect sit, and did not engage until the dog reached him and started jumping on him. The owner then attempted to pick a fight over his dog being off leash, when a"
