Mellon Park

Good park with nice walking trials. It has rose garden as well, easily accessible since it’s on Fifth Avenue. Good connectivity thru public buses. Good place for walk or jog.

A lovely park, perfect for family or romantic photoshoots. Just when I was there, so many people were having their pictures taken!

Beautiful park! Its dog friendly with both concrete pathways and large grassy areas. Also has a ton of beautiful flowers and small gardens- which makes it a popular spot to have family photos taken. I didnt see any public restrooms but there were port-a-johns in a couple places.

This park really is a hidden gem. It has a really beautiful lawn with a fountain and surrounding Walls. And has a really great view from the top of the park. Make sure you stop down in the Rose garden to learn about the plants that they grew near Fort Pitt. If you’ve never been here definitely take the time to get to know this great park.

A pleasant spot with a steep hill and satisfying view. A popular spot for taking pictures, playing hackey-sack, walking dogs, and taking short walks.
