Memphis Rox Climbing + Community

This gym was very clean and it had 20+ boulder walls of multiple degrees. The routes had very good setting jobs and they were interesting to climb. There was 2 boards upstairs that were very nice. There was also some yoga and meditation rooms that were available along with a very nice gym. If I could come back here I for sure would! I am from out of state and I came here from the documentary "Black Ice" and it totally surpassed my expectations. The gym had some fun artwork and the bathrooms where very clean and tidy. Overall the whole gym is rad and if you are thinking about coming here you should do it!

The atmosphere is always amazing here. It's a beautiful organization with incredibly down to earth staff. A couple of years later... I love it even more than day 1. Having gotten to know the staff, they are family at this point! I highly highly suggest joining in the fun here!

One of the best gyms in the country. You can tell the focus is on community. So many community spaces, great cafe, great routes, friendly folk.

Good indoor rock climbing! Like this place, they also offer climbing chalk for better grip while climbing the walls. They do have a small food area inside. Perfect for a quick refuel between climbs. Plus, there's a fitness center located above.

We very much enjoyed climbing at Memphis Rox during our anniversary trip to Memphis. Great sets with lots of variety. They have an extensive bouldering area as well as top rope. The orientation was thorough, but not long. And they offer belay classes if you aren’t already familiar with the process. We will be back!
