"We have been going to Metrolina for a couple years. Kids all like it. They are the most positive, encouraging coaches around. New 5000 sqft facility is top notch with every square foot covered in foam and carpet. 30 ft tumble trak and 50 ft wide spring floor. Low student to coach ratios. Convenient location near I-485. I would recommend this place for private lessons, recreation classes and kids looking for competitive gymnastics."

"My kids have been to other gyms and Metrolina is no comparison. The quality of coaching is amazing! Attention to details! Always spotting! Spotting to make sure form is perfect, even on conditioning. These coaches are top notch!"
