"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We had an amazing time. Starting off the with customer service, it was absolutely perfect from check in to check out, VERY personable. We booked through Groupon and did not read the description properly and the gentleman (wish I got his name, the young French guy with short hair) explained how the Groupon is a 20% discount on any activities we would like to do, not just one. Mr. Ohio was our instructor, this man is beyond a vibe, he’s so personable that it felt like he was apart of our little vacay group. "I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a reputable place that offers a variety of water sports in the Miami area. My family and I did both a speed boat tour, and I went windsurfing twice with this company. The customer service is top notch, and they know what they are doing and talking about. Thank you, Manuel, for getting me set up on the right windsurfing rig and helping me get out there to have a blast on the water. "Costly. But if you want to have fun, you are at right place. Banana boat was a lot of fun. It was thrilling. Parasailing was an experience!! Make sure to check wind speed before buying tickets for parasailing. They will give you lifelong coupon to do one parasailing ride if you can't parasailing due to wind or other reasons. But why wasting your time waiting for wind to come down on vacation? Captain Pierre was amazing for banana boat. Captain Tommy and Tom were really funny and joy to ride with for parasailing."
