a month agoSuch a cute calm zoo/park. I definitely recommend this place if you have kids who get overwhelmed easily. There’s a fair amount of animals to see, a play area for kids, and plenty of seating if you want a quick break. Their bathrooms were well stocked and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. We might do a birthday party here in the spring/summer the atmosphere was great.

a year agoCute little zoo for kids! I have never been here before and I came for a field trip with my daughter's 1st grade class. There were many animals that kept them engaged. Took about an 1 hour for us to view and read about all of the exhibits. They have a nice garden and play area with picnic tables for relaxing as well. Parking is $5, tickets for adults $5 and kids are $3.

7 months agoIf you have children in school who are going to Valley Day here at Mike Grove. Please take the parent workshops. It is so much fun. This fun event is run by volunteers . Parents, teachers, community volunteers. You get to dress up 1800 attire. Most importantly, the excitement you see in your children's face.

6 months agoIt was nice walk 😄 ... I would have spent a lil more time on the animals like at least 10 min per animal but had kids they run crazy total good experience if you go with a special someone to talk and walk with ❤️😅😄

11 months agoWe found Micke Park Zoo by accident and really enjoyed the park. It’s small enough for small children with many exotic animals and common too. The animals seemed less than amused that day. Maybe some enrichment? It’s a cute zoo. 😊
