2 years agoMy daughter took adaptive downhill ski lessons with them. She has been to adaptive downhill ski events before, but this is the first time she was actually given proper lessons on how to handle the ski. They tried her in several different pieces of equipment to find one that worked well with her ability level. By the end of the first day she was skiing down the hill completely independently (she'd always required tethering before). The second day she never had tethering, just instruction and assistance with the ski lift.

a year agoBest adaptive sports organization in the Midwest! If you want to play wheelchair sports, contact them. Wheelchair sports helped change my life for the better, I think everyone with a physical disability should play team sports. Helps you stay in shape and allows you to learn from others with disabilities.
