Insider tips

  • If planning a birthday party, be aware that while a party room is provided, there is no dedicated or reserved space in the pool area for your party once you transition from the room. Plan accordingly for managing belongings and gathering your group in the general swim area.
  • To use the inflatable obstacle course, ensure your child can swim 15 yards (or 15 meters) unaided across the pool.
  • For parents of young swim team members, clarify lap swim policies beforehand if you intend to use that time for stroke correction, as enforcement can be inconsistent.
  • Consider booking a private session for your group for a more controlled and potentially less crowded experience.

Good to know before you go

  • Booking a child's birthday party if you expect a dedicated, seamless experience with reserved space in the pool area, as organization for parties appears to be a significant concern.
  • Attending during lap swim hours with a young child who needs to practice strokes with a parent in the water, as policies may prevent this while allowing older, unsupervised teens to play.
  • If you have high expectations for event coordination and customer service for party packages, as one review cited significant disorganization.
  • Birthday party experiences can be unorganized, with no allowance for guests to save tables in the public pool area even during public swim time.
  • Parties may be rushed out of the dedicated party room, requiring belongings to be moved to an already occupied space, leading to confusion about items.
Crowds
Can be busy enough during public swim times that finding available tables is difficult (implied by birthday party experience).
Value
A birthday party package costs $275+, but one reviewer felt it was not worth the price due to disorganization and lack of dedicated space. Private swim sessions are described as a 'reasonable price.' Specific individual entry fees or membership costs are not detailed beyond 'flexible memberships'.
Food
Outside cake and snacks are allowed in the large party room during reserved party times.
Accessibility
A treadmill is available for use, though specific pool-related accessibility features are not mentioned in the reviews.
Safety
Lots of lifeguards on duty observing swimmers.

"I hosted my 5-year-old son’s birthday party there on 4/26/2025. We had the party room reserved from 1:00–2:00 PM. However, we were not allowed to go into the pool area early to save a table for our group, even though it was also public swim time. After our hour in the party room, we were scheduled to swim from 2:00–4:00 PM. We were rushed out of the room and told to move our belongings into another room — which already had another party’s items in it. I’m not sure if anything of ours was taken or if we accidentally took something of theirs. When we finally got to the pool, there were no table"

"Cool place for a swim. You can book a private session for a reasonable price for your group to swim. There is a large room to eat all your cake and snacks and then back to swimming in the pools. If you qualify swimming across the 15 yard pool, you can enter the large pool and attempt the obstacle course. Lots of lifeguards on duty observing swimmers. Staff were friendly and easy going making the experience here great. Lockers and restrooms were clean too. Even a treadmill is available for anyone wanting to walk."
