"Walking trails are both paved and unpaved, good for carriages and dog walking. Some paths have inclines, others do not. Paths circle around sports areas, limited parking during sports events. Forested dirt trails go through areas where you can see remnants of land fill from big dig and lots of waterfowl. Some painted turtles and lots of garter snakes on nice days."

"I enjoy the walk along the Charles River. There is a canoe launch and animal life, including a family of otters, beavers, and occasionally, a great blue heron, as well as swans. The trails lead to meadows and glorious marshes! There are some truly magical views to be seen and every time I take that walk I am blown away by the pictorial magnificence on display in the city of Boston's park at Millennium in West Roxbury. The seasonal changes to plant life, and the water views are amazing. An update, today I had the pleasure of seeing an ibis, a type of crane often seen in Egyptian heiroglyphs. I"
