Mini Hops Gymnastics

"We have had a fabulous experience with MiniHops. Starting in their preschool programs, then in progressive rec, and now team. I attribute much of our daughter’s confidence to the lessons learned from her coaches. They are great about helping kids grow stronger physically, but also mentally. The only challenge we’ve ever experienced was functionally getting registered when we were trying to get into the rec program. I perceive they are trying to improve their systems in that regard."

"I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Mini-Hops Gymnastics, particularly from the front desk manager Anne. A week ago, my husband visited the facility for the first time with our daughter and needed to take her to the restroom. He called and asked me if they had a restroom for him to take our 3 year old daughter to, I stated I was unaware and maybe one of her female coaches could take her. I also told him he should check with front desk and as for assistance. Instead of receiving assistance or understanding, he was treated very rudely by Anne. This behavior was uncalled for a"

"I’ve been going here close to 2 years and have always been satisfied. All the coaches are phenomenal and cheerful. They always take the time to chat to the parent after each class about how your child has been doing in class. Mini Hops is the best of the best that there is in this State!! Go here!"
