a year agoWe love bringing our kiddos here! Dramatic play is one of their favorite things to do, so the play cafe unlocks an incredible amount of creativity for them. I’ve only had coffee and a smoothie one time here but they were both good! The staff is very helpful, recently my son hurt his toe and they provided a bandaid and in the same visit I came to find my boyfriend had been dipping into the diaper bag stash of pull-ups so they were gracious and provided a diaper! We could probably play here for half the day and it still wouldn’t be long enough!

5 months agoGreat place for kids! They had fun, however, it’s is extremely expensive. You pay per child, that I understand. I was about to be charged for my newborn until I told the gal that he (obviously) won’t be playing. There’s an adult fee also that is NOT included in the price for kids. So, for my two kids to play and have a drink (since outside food & beverage are not allowed) was $51. I feel like for that price, you should be able to play for more than the allotted two hours. Not only that, but the fee you pay clearly doesn’t go toward keeping this place clean. Check out the photo! We’ll stick with the other (& cheaper) play places nearby.

3 weeks agoPlace is great. Love the concept but it’s expensive for 2 hours. $13 per kid and the children’s museum is $16 and it’s 3 floors and stay as long as you want. Place seems a little run down now. I came like 3 yrs ago and there were about 4 boats to ride. Now there is only 1. One of the cars didn’t have a steering wheel. The play bike didn’t have a pedal. All the play food is just wrapped up old boxes/containers. Lots of the kids stuff you can get at garage sales so I would hope to see them upkeep a bit better.

3 months agoStill a favorite! We’ve been enjoying the Play Cafe for 2 years. I was worried my 6yo would feel like he’s outgrown it, but he loves it as much as ever. It’s just an easy environment to allow kids to play creatively and burn energy, and for parents it’s so easy to see across the play space and keep an eye while being able to enjoy your coffee. All 3 of my kiddos enjoy it here, and we’re so happy to have a great place to go in the cooler months.

4 months agoWorst play cafe experience ever. For how much they charged .. they have not nearly half enough to offer at this place .. adults are charged 5 bucks to go play with their own kids I mean wth ! The staff was very rude about the "Rules" of the place. I was checked for sticker which means I have my fee ..while I was inside the play area with my children.. n I felt like I was definitely stereo typed by the staff . With a bunch of props n pretend play this place doesn't offer much in the first place . U r better off going to childrens museum, at least staff won't judge u or ur children. Secondly we were yelled at n staired down by this weird dude for forgetting to take shoes of, which was a genuine mistake n was corrected instantly... but being treated bad specifically in front of kids by a stranger killed my spirit from an already exhausted day... on top of everything wrong when we just had enough of weird environment.. we saw someone keyed my brand new car. All the way on rear driver side door. Worst experience ever. Thr wasn't any accountability.. no cams or regard when brought into their attention. I mean if this is wat customer means to you then don't run the cafe find something else to do.
