Why families love it
- Extensive bouncy houses, slides, and jungle gyms provide ample free play areas for children.
- Specific staff members (e.g., Angie, Shanice, Naomi) are recognized for being talented, customer-focused, and excellent at party coordination.
- The facility is generally clean and maintained.
- Birthday party packages are considered a great value, including planning assistance and food service.
- Matching wristbands are used for entry/exit, contributing to a sense of safety and control.
- Large and varied inflatable play structures (bouncy houses, slides, jungle gyms).
Insider tips
- Consider visiting on 'deal days' or booking party packages to maximize value.
- Be prepared for active parental supervision, especially during busy periods, as consistent staff monitoring of play areas is not guaranteed.
- Verify eligibility for online deals (e.g., Florida residency) before visiting to avoid disappointment.
- Budget for potentially high costs for on-site food and drinks, or plan your visit to avoid meal times, as outside food is prohibited.
- Manage expectations for arcade game value; purchasing cards might offer limited play.
Good to know before you go
- Weekends or peak hours if you want to avoid extreme crowding and issues with unsupervised children.
- Purchasing arcade cards if you expect significant play value for your money.
- Relying on advertised online deals without confirming all restrictions, particularly residency.
- If you require hands-off supervision where staff actively monitors all children in play areas.
- Organizational issues are reported, including conflicting rules (e.g., parents assisting young children in jumps).
- Crowds
- Can get very crowded on weekends and during peak hours, often leading to a higher number of unsupervised children.
- Value
- The overall experience can be expensive, primarily due to 'ridiculous' prices for on-site food, which may discourage stays longer than 3 hours. However, birthday party packages are noted as a 'great value' for what they offer, including planning and service. Value can also be found on 'deal days'. Arcade cards are specifically cited as poor value ($5 for a $10 value card only allowed 3 racing games). Online deals may be exclusively for Florida residents, leading to disappointment for others.
- Food
- No outside food is allowed.
- Accessibility
- No specific accessibility accommodations mentioned in the reviews.
- Safety
- Generally described as clean and safe, but this relies heavily on parental supervision.
What parents say
"This is a great place for young children events. Target clients are 2 to 12 , but I think 3 to 10 is the sweet spot. The bouncy houses in the back give lots of free play areas, and the rooms you rent are where pizza, drinks, and your event can happen. There us a small but nice smattering of arcade games throughout, but for young kids, the bouncy houses are all that's needed."

"Great facility but expensive and oor organization. This place has great facility for kids of all ages! It’s generally clean and safe, as long as you keep a close eye on your children. Too bad the online deals are only for Florida residents (and of course they don't tell you until you get there 😤). We’d likely avoid visiting on weekends or during peak hours, as it can get crowded with unsupervised kids running around. Although there are tons of signs reminding parents to supervise their children, many just sit at the same spots and on their phones. It would be helpful if the staff periodically"
