What parents say
"This was an awesome museum and it was unique because much of it is outside. They have old and unique automobiles and such to look at, but where they really specialize is in trains. There are so many different train cars and engines to look at. It's almost overwhelming. It's been a while since I was here, but last time I was, they had a free trolley ride you could take. I definitely recommend this museum for pretty much anyone, even if you don't have a particular love for transportation."

"Amazing history of how the US was built and the equipment that helped get us there. Some truly amazing trains, especially when you consider when some of them were built and their sheer size. Kids and adults alike will love a visit to this place."

"If you are a train enthusiast, this is the place to check out some huge locomotives, diesel electric, all electric, oil & coal steam locomotives. It is a neat museum. Try to plan when the weather is nice outside because all the trains are outside, and some are under a large canopy. There is a nice car museum inside. My husband would like to come back when we have more time and better weather to be outside."
