5 months agoThe Nature Boardwalk is on the south end of Lincoln Park Zoo. The boardwalk winds along the pond and through the native prairie. It's free just like the zoo and has a great view of the Chicago Skyline. You will see many birds, flowers, turtles and fish.

7 months agoOne of the best areas to walk in the city of Chicago. It surprisingly isn’t too busy unless you are visiting on a weekend afternoon. The nature boardwalk has one of the best views of the skyline and is always well maintained. I highly recommend taking a visit.

2 years agoWhether waiting for the zoo to open, looking for a place to take in nature, looking for some exercise or what have you, this is a well maintained and lovely little walk. It's especially beautiful in the summer when the cone flowers and such are blooming, but you really cannot go wrong even on a rainy spring morning. If you are zisiting the zoo don't miss it, it is next to the farm.

a year agoThis is a delightful wooden structure that surrounds the South Pond in Lincoln Park, allowing visitors to walk close to its shores and spend time close to nature with minimal disturbance. It is a great endeavour, good for man and nature alike and one of the features I appreciated most about the Park and Zoo.
